We sell a full line of indoor playground equipment and toys, including plastic play structures, contained play structures, portable swingsets, tricycles and trikes, portable spring toys, sandboxes and sandtables, play mats & exercise mats, indoor furniture, and multi-baby buggies. Indoor Play USA is affiliated with MD Materials, a national seller and installer of commercial playground equipment.
 We're not the only company selling indoor play equipment and toys online, but we do have the most experience. Our company is one of the few out there that actually installs the indoor play equipment that we sell. In the MD - DC - VA area, our clients include hundreds of daycares and schools. SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that orders placed online on Fridays after 2:30pm, Saturdays, or Sundays will not be processed until Monday of the following week. Rush orders requiring overnight shipping may incur a $10 handling charge. Also, our company observes all national holidays and most religious holidays. Please also note that non-UPS orders may require approximately 2 - 3 weeks to process and ship via motor freight.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order, or it does not meet your needs, you may refund it for the purchase price of the item. Orders that are placed and then cancelled after 24 hours, but before the order ships, will be assessed a cancellation fee. Note: Indoor Play USA does not pay for return shipping. We also charge a re-stock fee of 20% of the value of the items returned. Please note that these fees are lower than our competitors' rates.
 PRICING POLICY
Because freight companies and UPS may change their shipping rates depending on the market price of oil and gasoline, the cost of shipping our indoor play equipment, toys, and furniture may change. So, the prices seen on this website may change without prior
warning to customers.
